Homeopathic desensitization protocol 

  •  Start date : Start on the recommended date for optimal effectiveness. 
  •  Granules : 

    • Tubes #1 to #4: 5 granules, morning and evening, for 8 days each (total of 32 days). 

    • Psorinum : 10 granules every Sunday and Wednesday. 

    • Poumon-Histamine: 10 granules every Tuesday and Saturday. 

  •  Liquid drops : 

    • 25 drops of allergy drainer, morning and evening, for 32 days. 

    • Keep the liquid in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. 

  •  Tips for taking : 

    • Let the granules melt under the tongue; avoid strong flavours; take 5 minutes before eating or brushing your teeth. 

    • A 2-minute interval between remedies is generally sufficient. 

 

  • Symptoms : Mild allergic reactions may occur—these are usually benign. Contact your homeopath if you experience severe symptoms. 

 

  • To avoid during treatment : 

    • Antihistamines, cortisone (tablets or injections), and most cold medications (check with your pharmacist). 

 

  • Repetition : Some treatments, such as those for pollen, must be repeated for three consecutive springs.
