Vitamin D3 is well-known for its benefits to bone density and calcium metabolism in general, but its roles in the body are far more numerous. Over the past few decades, several studies have shown that vitamin D deficiency is a risk factor for various diseases, including osteoporosis and seasonal depression. Since then, epidemiological studies have demonstrated strong associations between seasonal variations in vitamin D levels and the incidence of various infectious diseases, including respiratory infections and influenza. Indeed, in individuals with documented vitamin D deficiency, the immune response would be weakened or abnormal, making them more susceptible to seasonal outbreaks and to developing an increased degree of severe respiratory symptoms. Non-medicinal ingredients:
DL-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E:antioxidant),

Directions for use –
Adults, 19 years and older:
Take 1 drop, 1 time per day.
